Terms of Service

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed between the first 24 to 48 hours after customer purchase.

SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

RETURN POLICY:
No returns are accepted.

REFUND POLICY:
In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable) The customer must first email a photo of the defective product.The customer will be refunded for the total amount. No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason. After the refund confirmation has been sent to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
